About RC-Resources.comWhat is RC-Resources.com?RC-Resources.com is a privately-funded project created for the love of the hobby, dedicated to collecting all the resources we and our members can find and putting them in one place, providing a central gateway to exploring this awesome hobby. I can just Google it or visit a links directory! Search engines are machines; often the efforts of keyword spammers get mixed in with search engine results, or poorly created web pages cause 
cryptic and meaningless descriptions to display. It becomes exceedingly difficult (and frustrating) to find what you are looking for. RC-Resources.com has been created to clear out the white noise and bring all the ground-based RC Resources we can find, on the Internet or off, to one place. None of the links here were mindlessly entered by some purchased database or populated by a program. We, or our members, have personally visited and looked over every single listing, article, and other resource on this site. Every single one. Most of them are great, some of them are bad, but all of them are relevant to our hobby and have something to offer. What Does RC-Resources.com Offer?
There are so many RC sites on the web already with message boards, reviews, online stores, directories, and other site features that there's really no point. The purpose of RC-Resources.com is to make them all easy to find. Sick of all the peeps on your current message board? As we write this, there are currently 47 ACTIVE RC-related message boards in our listings. Check it out, and tell 'em RC-Resources.com sent ya. :-) What program did you buy to build this? None. One of the (disturbing!) things we found in populating our database is that many of the sites out there come from canned PHP solutions, skinned with web templates from a free template site. Everything here is HAND-CODED, hand-programmed, using Perl, Photoshop, a little bit of Flash for fun, Macromedia Homesite for coding, and the server-side open source software ImageMagick, all accessing a mySQL database. Nothing else. It may be cheesy, it may be "different," but at least it's original. :-) Who is the "we" you keep talking about? An RC fanatic web developer that's been bashing and racing since before the internet, his wife, without who's tolerance and understanding this site never would have been created, all of our RC's.
